our mission:
Rethinking the ESSENCIA brand, educating customers on the benefits of aromatherapy and booking appointments for services through their website.
the client:
Essencia (formely Miami Facial Salon) has been in business for over 7 years, however revenues have been in a steady decline since the area in which the salon is located has been undergoing heavy construction.
PROJECT START:
FEBRUARY 2021
the GOAL:
Expand the clientele’s knowledge on the benefits of essential oils. Book appointments through their website, offer mobile services and redesign their gift shop.
thE RESULT:
Google and Yelp reviews showed a higher level of customer satisfaction with the entire experience. They were able to implement the new appointment booking software and generate more revenue through add-on sales through their website.

WHY IT WORKED:
Sheryl mentioned she was nervous because she had tried other “designers” in the past, we quickly explained we do more than that, we rebranded her business (including the name and then we coached her on basic principles to turn her salon around and improve customer experience.
What came next was a steady increase in sales through implementing the MEMBERSHIP VIP program, she received more appointment bookings and is now selling a lot more of her products online.
