Give this up and coming realtor a space where he could showcase his listings, educate his audience on the art of flipping houses and generate more leads that will turn into sales.

Sam has been a realtor in Miami for over 6 years, he focuses on residential and commercial real estate sales and rentals.

the GOAL:
To obtain more leads through a simple web ad funnel system which captures potential buyers and sellers and refers them instantly to the brokers phone.
thE RESULT:
Sam got more leads, which turned into listings and he sold a lot more houses/apartments in a short period of time.

WHY IT WORKED:
Customers were able to contact Sam directly and in case he was unavailable we created a phone hopper system that immediately rung both of his assistants.
He was able to close listings faster, import from the MLS into his site and manage his time with a lot less effort.
To this day, he has tripled his sales and has had to hire 3 more associates to handle the volume his business is generating.
