our mission:
Rethinking, designing, and developing the website and branding of a local business of 35 years while focusing on a new customer friendly appointment platform and live service updates.
the client:
Jersey Service Auto has been in business since 1986. They offer mechanic repairs to cars and trucks and for the first time were considering a website to increase their sales volume.
PROJECT START:
May 2020
the GOAL:
Brand their shop and website to give them an online presence. Implement an appointment system that follows COVID protocols and gives their customers a touch-free experience.
thE RESULT:
Online appointments skyrocketed, their customers felt safe knowing their cars could be picked up and delivered, and they could receive live progress updates on repairs while they were happening.

WHY IT WORKED:
The community who had loved Jersey Auto for years, yet was afraid to bring in their car to the shop due to COVID 19 was now able to arrange their easy car pickup/drop off through their phones.
They were able to get instant quotes and the guesswork of how much repairs were going to cost was cut out of the equation.
We made it easier for them to get more appointments and more sales.
Not a lot of businesses survived the pandemic, but thanks to these guys we did, thank you.
